Every item in our store goes through a rigid implementation and quality control process not only by the manufacturer but by us. We are Brian Garvin & Jeff West and are both founders of Poker Stars Direct. You'll find over 1,500 products spread out among 80 categories and we offer more poker products than anyone else on the internet does which you may have noticed.

When we started this business we had 2 main objectives in mind. The first is customer service. While many places force you to order online with no customer support, we are always available during business hours by phone and by email. This makes a big difference, because in the Poker Supply Business support is crucial, especially when it comes to ordering Custom Poker Chips. But we realize that every product in our store may require that questions be personally answered by the founders, and we both pride ourselves on being readily available through phone and email. Our second is great pricing. All of the products in this store are competitively priced and we offer everyone a 5% discount just for getting on our email list or by making any purchase from this store.

Yes, this is a Large Retail Enterprise, but we are Real people. Our United States Warehouses keep a constant inventory of over 80,000 square feet of space. We are indeed a real store that sells real Poker and Casino Supplies and we do care deeply about our customers and will go the extra mile to plant the seeds for a long-term relationship.

We are not new to business however. We have been running various businesses over the Internet for about 12 years now, and have had major success along the way.
