The reason I went out and bought some is because of my friend Bob. He's been using the 8g Super Diamond Clay Custom Poker Chips and 11.5g Ace King Suited Custom Poker Chips for quite some time. However, one thing to understand about him is he isn't into cool designs. Basically he's an old fart who just wants to play the game as opposed to worrying about the looks. Big surprise right? Well, in this case he's right.

I've been using the 8g Super Diamond Clay Custom Poker Chips for over three knows for all my party events. Just recently did I decide it needed a new look, but I'm not sure this was really a necessity. It was just something new to do because I was getting tired of the same old thing. The wear and tear on these chips is not even noticeable, but the dull appeal is definitely the first thing people talk about.

Now I could have gone out and just purchased a different kind of poker chip, but it just wouldn't be the same. So I decided to stick with the 8g Super Diamond Clay Custom Poker Chips because they've been good to me for quite some time. Instead of just choosing a different chip, I decided to add a cool logo to it and choose a different color. I'm not sure why but the green ones just looked old.

This time around I spent the extra dough getting the blue 8g Super Diamond Clay Custom Poker Chips as well as a few extra 11.5g Lucky Crown Custom Poker Chips. Since I'm a big Florida Gators fan, I had to get another souvenir for my home. So when it came time to turn in my artwork, I just asked that they take each word from Tim Tebow's speech, and place one on each poker chip. It was a nice new twist to a great part of Gator history and their 08-09 Championship.

If you decide to go with these poker chips, you may not want to do the same thing I did. However, whatever your decision may be these chips are a great choice for anyone who hosts a party. Even if someone spills soda, alcohol or anything else on them it's a simple wipe-off. All the other poker chips I use for small parties, but when it's going to be a battle, these are the best ones out there.
